Returns should be requested from your customer account.

 

Timely Returns: Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the delivery date.

 

Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags still attached. Any item returned without a tag, showing signs of use, makeup or deodorant stains, perfume odors, etc. may be subject to rejection.

Full-Price Items
Refunds are available within 15 days of purchase.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


Sale & Discounted Items
Final Sale:

No returns or exchanges are accepted on any sale or discounted items.


After 15 Days No returns or exchanges will be accepted for any items beyond 15 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:
Items must be in new, unworn, and unused condition.All original tags must be attached.
Items with signs of wear, stains, damage, perfume, deodorant, or any odor will not be accepted.

Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling of returned items. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. For a pre-paid return label, please log into your customer account on our website. Select the order and items you will be returning, and submit your return request for approval. Once your return is approved (please allow 48 hours), you will receive a follow-up email with your prepaid return label. Please note that the return shipping cost will be deducted from your return credit amount.

 

Refund Options: Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Refunds cannot be issued to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

 

Rejected Returns: If your return does not meet the specified criteria, please refrain from returning it, as it will be rejected by our returns department. The cost of re-shipping a rejected item will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Processing Time: Allow a 48-hour processing window once our returns department receives your return. You will receive an email confirming your credit once your order has been processed and your credit applied.

Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. We cannot guarantee the availability of desired items for exchange.
