ADEA Shipping Policy:

Orders placed with ADEA are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. We strive to dispatch orders within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following business day. Please note that during peak times, such as sales or promotions, there may be a slight delay in processing due to the increased volume of orders.

Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 before tax. For orders below this threshold, a flat rate of $6.99 will be applied for Standard Shipping.

Standard Shipping typically delivers within 3-4 business days from the shipping date, excluding holidays. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes, please expect a slightly longer delivery timeframe of 5-12 business days from the shipping date, excluding holidays.

Once your package leaves our facility, ADEA relinquishes control over its transit. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not offer refunds for lost or stolen packages. However, you can file a claim online with the postal service for any missing packages.
